Elissa Turpin formed Haven Hollow Animal Refuge in 2021 after volunteering and managing various animal rescues in SE Idaho. She is passionate about helping build bridges between animals and humans, to showcase the benefits to all that result from those connections. Providing care for over 100 animals over the years has provided her with countless experiences to see the amazing traits that human and non-human animals share and finds great joy in advocating for their needs in our community.
